Dismissing reports about Tamannaah being replaced by upcoming Kannada actress Akshara in Mahesh Babu`next film, as “false news”, the actress` father condemned the rumours.
Tamannaah`s father claims the issue of dates is being discussed and will be fixed in a week`s time. “We will get a clear picture in a couple of days and allot dates accordingly,” he said, adding “We are still on board.”
The production house team has also informed Tamannaah that these are baseless reports and the popular pairing of Mahesh and Tamannaah is still on the cards.
The actress is currently discussing new films scheduled to go to the sets in July or August with Mumbai production houses where she will star opposite either Ranbir Kapoor or Ajay Devgan.
“Both are closing in, but we will let you know which will commence first,” assured her father.
