Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Mullapalli Ramachandran opined on Saturday that an opportunity should be given to veteran singer and preacher of secularism Padma Bhushan K.J. Yesudas to enter the famed Sri Krishna Temple at Guruvayur.
Speaking at a function in Thrissur, he said Hindu community should think over the issue of fulfilling the desire of the signer as non-Hindus were not allowed inside the temple. At the function, Sivagirai Mutt President Prakasandha Swamigal presented the Sri Narayana Award to Yesudas. The award consists of a cash prize of Rs. 50,000, instituted by the T.R.
