Kick is a well knit tale about a guy who loves challenges and cannot live without getting a ‘kick’ out of doing things.

Director Meher Ramesh’s Prabhas-Anushka starrer Billa is the fifth remake of 70’s Bollywood thriller Don, starring Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. After Don was released in Hindi, the film was remade in Tamil as Billa with superstar Rajinikanth in 1980. Later, the same was remade in Telugu with NTR. In 2006 and 2008, the modern version of Don was remade by Shahrukh Khan in Hindi (Don 2) and by Ajith in Tamil (Billa). Notably, all Don movies were super hits in the history of Indian cinema and Prabas’ latest Telugu film Billa may not be an exception!

The theme of a don who lives in a den in an island and forms a group to train kidnapped children into criminals for doing anti-social elements for person benefits is already told in the yesteryear super hit film ‘Rakshasudu’.

Story :
Siddarth Varma (Siddarth) is free-spirited guy and lives with his mother Rajayalakshmi (Ramyakrishna), a college professor. His father Prakash (Prakash), a rich businessman, is separated from his mother. Geeta (Tamannah) comes to Hyderabad for higher studies and stays with her relative Gachchibowli Diwakar (Brahmanandam). Geeta and Siddarth have common group of friends and their acquaintance slowly turns into romance. When Siddarth approaches Geeta’s father (Nasser) seeking his daughter for marriage, he refuses to accept their love. He asks how can he give away his daughter to a family, which is broken. Now both the lovers take up the task to unite Rajaylakshmi and Prakash. Finally Siddhardh & expectations of audiences .Tamanna comibiation not reached.

A marvelous tale, the film starts with Arundhati (Anushka) who lives in a city and her marriage is fixed with one Rahul (Arjan). She is considered the dearest of the family since she is the only female born after two generations and all the members treat her as Jejamma (Anushka).
